This phase make sure that Codegait Labs is entirely sure of everything that clients has requested and that you have clear visual and crystal definitions of modules. After all as a client how can you measure the success if you do not know what the desired outcome is?

Planning

We feel this phase most important part of the whole development process. It includes what to be done, when and by whom. All detailing must be done as to ensure nothing is missed. We also to a risk assessment with deep technical review to make sure that everything is feasible and 100% sure for the development. We cover these;

Control

This is a parallel activity to the execution phase. It ensures that we keep our vision align to the pre-planned activities and also address the changes what is necessary for project success. It defines these aspects;

• How to achieve the additional task within a certain timeline?

This phase plays a critical role about the project timeline, cost and deployment plan. We suggest to be strict about the new change request and keep it for next cycle.

Closing

Once that the project is done, It is compulsory that Codegait team write different documents like closing report, final summary of the project. We also collect all the asset and documents that was used during the development cycle. For the future reference we cover these;

• User manual.
• Deployment documentation.
• Server configuration document

In this phase we handover all the source files with supported documents on client server or via any preferred repository like Github, Bitbucket or Google Drive.
